These plans are simply Medicare Advantage Plans that do not charge a monthly premium.
Medicare Advantage providers, such as Anthem Blue Cross (Anthem), may charge different premiums for each plan. Some plans have $0 premiums and others are low-cost plans.
If you enroll in an Anthem $0 premium plan, you would still be responsible for paying the Medicare Part B premium.
